INGREDIENTS

- 1/3 portion Ready Meal PRIME Care

or 60 g Cooked Build-a-Meal PRIME Care (use 30 g of raw rice)

- 10 g Chopped shallots

- 1/2 Sliced Medium Tomato

- 20 g Chopped Cashews

- 1/5 Sliced Avocado (or as much as you like, it's all good!)

- 50 g Sliced Almonds

- 1 stalk Celery

- 1 tbs Rice Bran oil (or Olive Oil)

- 1/2 Lime (squeezed lime juice with zest of lime skin for aroma)

- Pinch of salt & pepper


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
