Fried Rice with Egg and Vegetable


1 pack Steam Black Jasmine Rice

1 pcs. Egg

Salt and Pepper

Vegetable oil

30 gram Onion

30 gram Carrot

30 gram Green pea

Spring Onion (for garnish)

1 pcs. Lime

1 tbsp. Soy Sauce


1. Heat wok on fire.

2. Add Vegetable oil, onion, carrot and green pea, and cook until tender.

3. Add Egg and cooked until dried.

4. Put and mix Black Jasmine Rice, salt and pepper and soy sauce together.

5. Serve with fresh vegetable (cucumber, sliced tomato and lime).
